Hi Everyone!! This is the first among many blogs that I've dreamed of doing to keep you all informed about the Dream Center's latest activities! There is so much God is doing, that it would be a sin not to tell you of all the miracles! In this blog, I'll be able to keep you informed of any Short Term Mission updates, along with different events that'll be taking place at the Dream Center, combined with testimonies.
First, I would like to give you a brief summary about the past two months. In August we had our annual Back to School event, giving away over 1000 backpacks filled with school supplies to kids all over Los Angeles. Then in September was a Discipleship graduation, where we celebrated the transformation of men and women who struggled with drugs, alcohol, pornography, selfishness, etc... Now they are shouting praises to God for being so loving and merciful!! Along with that week we had a fundraising event, where we were able to raise over a million dollars!!! God is so good!! Now, in the middle of October we are getting ready for a number of events, one that I'll recognize is Oct 21st. Patricia Heaton, commonly known for her acting in "Everybody loves Raymond", will be speaking at our Women's Meeting at Angelus Temple. So, Ladies if you're in the area you are more than welcome to attend!! :)

Excellent idea. Just to say a big Hi! from N-Ireland. We had such a blessed time on S.T.M. in 2006 & 2007. U guy's are doing a great job and we're praying that God wud continue to bless u all @ The Dream Center.

Was great to hear from you and all the amazing things going on there. I am a student at SWCU in okc and I am taking Non for Profit Organizational so I can build a dream center here. I want to take a STMT to LA but I don't want to come alone. If you know of any churches in okc that are coming there next year sometime please let me know.

Great to hear what's going on with you guys.Love you lots! After our last team visited the DC in Feb 07, we negotiated to ship the large recording desk fro there across to Brisbane Australia where we have built a fully commercial sound recording studio with one of Australia's best mastering gurus on board. Currently running job skilling programs for at disadvantaged youth in soung recording and multimedia. The community is also benefitting in so many ways. We are so grateful to the DC in LA and hope to show you some a imagery when we come over next. Say hi to everyone...miss you all.
